2. Client Responsibility

By engaging with our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old.
You are booking voluntarily and understand the nature of coaching and consulting.
You will provide accurate, honest information during all forms and sessions.
You take full responsibility for your decisions and outcomes following sessions.

Individual results vary.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our online booking system.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice.
A booking is confirmed once payment is received.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

To honour the time, energy, and preparation invested in each session, the following policies apply:

4.1 Client Cancellations

More than 48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your session once at no additional cost.
Within 48 hours of your session: The session is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
No-shows or arriving more than 15 minutes late: The appointment is considered a missed session and is non-refundable.



4.2 Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed when requested more than 48 hours in advance.
Additional changes may require a new booking.

4.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.
Extra time cannot be added, and no partial refund will be provided.

4.4 Provider Cancellations

If we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances:

You will be offered the next available date, or
You may request a full refund if no suitable alternative is available.

4.5 Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

Your request to book is declined due to misalignment or scope, or
We cancelled a session and cannot provide a suitable replacement date.

Digital products (downloads, templates, resources) are non-refundable.

5. Client Evaluation & Right to Decline

We reserve the right to decline a booking if:

Required forms are not completed.
The requested service is not aligned with the scope of our work.
The service is not suitable or safe for the client.
Capacity limitations prevent us from accepting the booking.

If a booking is declined before payment, no charge is applied.
If declined after payment, a full refund will be issued.

6. Digital Products

For digital resources and downloads:

All sales are final.
Files are for personal use only.
You may not share, copy, reproduce, or resell the content.

7. Website Content

All content on this website—including text, imagery, branding elements, graphics, and downloadable materials—is the intellectual property of The Clutter Alchemist.

8. Confidentiality
